The East Forest

The East Forest is my own personal project. It follows the story of Rabbit and their peaceful life in the forest next to a small town. However there's still daily struggles Rabbit and the characters face as they heal their mental wounds from the past. Some that might bubble back up.

Rabbit

Rabbit is a down to earth, but full of life person. They spend most of their time either drawing or climbing the trees around their house. They live with their adoptive father (Emerald), adopted brother (Dakota) and their brothers boyfriend (Evan). This story takes place five years after Rabbit and Dakota were adopted. Rabbit has no memories of their life before being adopted and waking up in the hospital. Besides being told that them and their brother Dakota were in a car accident. Since time has passed they don't think about it much, everyone is pretty happy and they just want to focus on that, however life can't be happy all the time and somethings that everyone wishes they could forget.

Rabbit considers their whole neighbourhood as their family, as all of them are super close to each and are always spend time together, either just working at Wednesday's Fashion business, celebrating a holiday or just to have a nice get together. Rabbit's legal family consists of their work-o-holic father Emerald, their chef a brother Dakota and their "brother in law" Evan. Ulin is Rabbit's best friend and neighbour, but with how often his at their house he practically lives there.

Rabbit's friends

Rabbit has a pretty big friend group of five members including themself. Luke is like the leader of the group, always the one to decide on what the group will do that day. Toby is one of the youngest members and tends to just follow along, happy to join the group in mild (not even) trouble, but does have a tendency to wonder off, so the group has to keep an eye on them. Graham is the grumpy member of the group, his got a lot of stress going on at home so he usually is pretty ticked off by the time he sees his friends, but they always manage to cheer him up and despite his attitude he loves his friends to death. Ulin is practically glued to Rabbit's shoulder, he is the most chaotic out of the whole group, sometimes picking fights, which makes the others have to save him a lot. Ulin get worried that his friends might leave him one day, like house he has seen with his family. The group never do luckily and they remind him everyday, then also annoy him cause its funny ( not in a mean way).
